Round 2 (well round 3 if you count the one I binned) of the coffee painting challenge :)

This is one of my contributions to a challenge I have running at the moment to create art using coffee, all the details are here [link]

Feel free to join in if you would like, everyone is welcome and the more the merrier!! :happybounce: If your used to working very small and precise this is a really nice break away from fine detail. I think this is more about expression and it's quite liberating :)

Materials:
Watercolour Paper
Instant coffee
Gel Pen (which you can't see scanned or photographed :( )
Fineliner
Some imagination
Time: About 2 hours or so

Update: Sorry, I changed the file for what (I think) is a better photo. I really wish I had some skills with a camera, I make everything look awful.

This has a really lovely softness to it compared to the previous 'thunderstorm' painting!

I really like how different it is compared to your first one. Much lighter and a different atmosphere. I really like it, especially the shine in the eyes is great.

I used to work with some watercolor and I won't say I miss it but sometimes I miss the ease of which I was able to create backgrounds :-)
