At first I didn't realize it's her reflection on the right :XD: But now I see it + the title, of course.
The choice of colours is perfect, it makes this drawing magical, as if this girl was a character in some fantasy, some fairy tale.
Oh, and I was pretty sure it's Liv Tyler. I guess I'm too obsessed with her face :psychotic:
