Hi Everyone,

I posted a poll quite some time ago to gather some information about one of my deviations, that some people weren't notified of in their message centre, to try and gather enough information to log a ticket with the helpdesk.  The reason I did this is that I had noticed so many deviations from people I watch show up in groups etc, but I hadn't got the notification in my mailbox as I should have

Anyway, I got the info, sent all the details to the helpdesk and what did they reply with?  Well, two things actually -

(1) You can absolutely not expect that any of your deviations become popular. I don't know why you would assume that. Popularity is not determined by the amount of favorites, comments or views. Also, if many of your watchers are actually not getting notified of your new deviations, they need to report that to us.

WTF!!  I'm pretty sure that is categorically not what I said, I wanted to know why things 'I' should have received from 'others' were not being received and the example I gave was info I gathered from one of my deviations to give them the proof!!  Anyway, needless to say I responded to say he had kind of missed the entire point of the logged complaint     

The second response is now this load of twaddle -

(2) We have tried to duplicate this issue and are unable to do so, so it is possible it has been resolved since submitting your inquiry. If you have tried clearing your cache (FAQ 643) or another method to rectify your issue and it still persists, please do not hesitate to reply.

So, long story short, it is NOT fixed, deviations are going into the ether from many people I watch, so if it is happening to you, could you please take a minute or two to log a fault with the helpdesk, I think the only way to get this looked into and resolved is to inundate them with tickets showing the same fault across the site.  If it is happening to you too, could you let your watchers know to log a fault?  Unless they see it is actually a problem, I think all I'll get are ridiculous crappy and quite offensive responses

Maybe giving them all a title of - MISSING DEVIATIONS - PLEASE INVESTIGATE - would help a trend show
